Super difficult bank to work with, especially with handling deposits. ATMs often won't accept deposits at all. I've deposited checks weekly from the same client for a year now with zero problems and they've twice now held those checks for days with no cause. When I asked the manager Walter to remove the hold (which one manager before did agree to do) he refused and told me that it wasn't my business to know why they were holding the funds. On person working, line out the door, and it took almost 45 minutes to get a check cashed. On top of that, the woman working was as rude as they come. And this is about average for Bank of America in my area. My business will no longer accept any payments from Bank of America customers after today. Enough is enough…….
