I’ve been a loyal customer of Bank of America for many years, few days ago I have never experienced so many issues and such long wait times just to get a simple manager approval. This branch is currently a mess — it’s completely disorganized and lacks proper management. Something needs to change. I opened my checking account at this branch, and I must say that the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Their welcoming demeanor and willingness to assist made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
I cannot recommend Angel Martinez highly enough! 10 stars if I could!!! As someone applying for my first card, I had countless questions and concerns.
