I had a great experience at this branch today. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my information was updated correctly. He was respectful, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely listens and cares about the customer experience and he definitely did. I appreciate the excellent service. Thank you.
Longest lines ever. Wait was over 40 mins for a teller.
I’ve been here several times over the past year. Shiva Oli is by far the best representative at this bank. He communicates efficiently, is warm and patient, and genuinely goes out of his way to help. He truly puts the customer’s interests first.
