I had an excellent experience with a Senior Banker (Mr. Ludovic Louis) at the Harvard Square branch of Bank of America. What stood out most was the level of attention and care given to my needs from beginning to end. Bank of America failed to honor a $500 checking promotion that I qualified for, even though I documented that I qualified for it. I went to this branch and the rep was unhelpful and provided me with incorrect information about the promotion terms. Please avoid Bank of America and take your business to a local credit union. Now I'll have to sue the bank in small claims court to recover a small amount of money and waste more time.
Previously had trouble with a card but Shiva Oli was able to help me fix it immediately. Great experience overall, will definitely go back to find him for help in the future
I have been a Bank of America Customer for over 20 years I think it’s time to leave the bank it has never been any worse than now. There is fewer location that I can use and you dial the branch number for hours just to ask one question nobody will ever pick up the phone at any time or any hours
