I have been a Bank of America Customer for over 20 years I think it’s time to leave the bank it has never been any worse than now. There is fewer location that I can use and you dial the branch number for hours just to ask one question nobody will ever pick up the phone at any time or any hours
Nearly 60 calls over 24 hours, not one person picked up. 8:59 AM, closed. 9AM Call, press 4, wait 10 seconds…associates are busy. 30 calls later over 3 hours. Busy every time. God forbid someone call to see if they can be helped before taking the time to come in. Thanks for reminding me why I switched to Chase. Pathetic customer service. Management is dropping the ball and should be re-evaluated.
I had a wonderful experience working with Shiva Oil. He was professional, patient, and made me feel very welcome and at ease throughout the appointment. He helped me open a safety deposit box and guided me through applying for a promotional credit card that would help with my annual costs. Shiva helped me when my card got hit with fraud charges. I was pretty stressed out, but he was super patient and spent a lot of time working through everything with me. He also helped me set up a new checking account. Really appreciated his kindness and how much effort he put in. More people should know about him!
