I strongly recommend to existing customers and to people considering banking at that branch to avoid Felix, the branch manager who likes to brag that he is the head of "the financial center," because he was verbally hostile, not to mention uncooperative, to me because I had complained to the central customer-service dept that he had lied to me when I had been at his "financial center" to open an account.
