This is the worst branch of BoA. Bad attitudes, work ethic, you name it.
Drive thru will never reopen, as the bank is moving towards not having a bank building anyway! They want everything to be online without actually have an actual bank !
Deposited my check and was told I could swipe card immediately and funds would be available for withdrawal at midnight...that was a lie. Lady in the bank tried to be smart...Go in to check my account and says funds wont be available until Wednesday...not understanding why they would put a hold on it when I usually cash that exact check (from my employer) at bank of America and the check itself is actually drawn on bank of America so it wasnt hard to verify the funds...I feel like the lady put the hold on it just to be smart/... read more
