Worst bank I have ever worked with. No one can help with anything. The bank manager Erin bagdasarian Allen is completely useless. I go in for lien release. She cannot help even though there are workers not doing anything. I call, get the release on my own after an hour on the phone and paying $50 to have it overnighted they messed up the name. She then cannot get a new release even though the incorrect one was faxed to her and she has all the info. All she can do is setup and appt for me to come in. She is a complete waste o... read more
