Chris is a great manager, Tanairi is so sweet, Darryl is very helpful, and I just love this branch!
Useless. Took time off work to visit the bank. Went in to request a simple auto-loan release letter from a long while ago. Told me to call from home and the number/line they have was the same as customer. Requested them to do it in branch. Sat with them for 2 hours on hold for them to circle back to telling me to call on my own time. Terrible.
Is not god serves
Not only did I travel an hour to get there 2 times but the lady at the front desk was completely useless. Treated me like dirt on her shoe. Went to a different branch because this branch refused to cash my check. The next branch cashed it no problems. This is the worse bank. Horrible experience why would anyone bank here?
