I really wish I could leave zero stars. The people who work here are pleasant enough and seem confident and competent, until you realize that half the stuff they do is mistakes. The BoA institution's policies are all about maximizing fees, harvesting data, and tricking people into inappropriate accounts. They managed to mess up a serious account for me recently and it will take substantial effort to unscrew their stupidity. Run, don't walk, away from this bank and take your money with you.
My experience at Bank of America has always been fantastic. Recently, I encountered a minor issue while making a remittance at Bank of America (2830 Monroe Avenue). From Mr. Murray, the bank manager, to Ms. Inglesby and Mr. Camiolo, the bank staff were all incredibly helpful, efficient, and sincere. Ultimately, my problem was perfectly resolved! Thank you so much! Therefore, I create a short video to express my gratitude for your help!
Atm inside temp unavailable ( thishappens frequently)..ATM outside out of service....nice staff poorly run..
One ATM and it's frequently broken. They also rarely put a sign when it's not working so you waste a lot of time.
Why are there literally only 3 employees here? People say no one wants too work, no one wants to open jobs up to the public. THIS BRANCH HAS LITERALLY NO EMPLOYEES, you will wait for hours in line for a simple thing. The drive thru ATM is also broken 75% of the time which blows because it’s the only one.
