I have never felt so unsupported by a bank. I reported a fraudulent transaction immediately after discovering it, yet I was told there was nothing Bank of America could do so I am left without access to my own money for who knows how long. I don’t understand how this transaction wasn’t caught immediately as someone transferred and took ALL my money. I would like to express my positive experience with the service provided by Mr. Julian at the bank. I am very satisfied with the assistance I received. He was extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Mr. Julian took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure all my questions were answered. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made the experience very comfortable and pleasant. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend him.
