Done with you Bank of America. I am a Preferred member, for over 25 years. Webster has 1 teller, poor lady, works her ass off, and 2 people sitting in thier offices. One who has broken English. HORRIBLE! Been going down hill for 15 plus years!
I have never felt so unsupported by a bank. I reported a fraudulent transaction immediately after discovering it, yet I was told there was nothing Bank of America could do so I am left without access to my own money for who knows how long. I don’t understand how this transaction wasn’t caught immediately as someone transferred and took ALL my money. I would like to express my positive experience with the service provided by Mr. Julian at the bank. I am very satisfied with the assistance I received. He was extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Mr. Julian took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure all my questions were answered.
