Had an issue with my account that I could not resolve over the phone, came into the local branch, and Elizabeth was able to easily get everything resolved for me. Life-changing and super patient.
If I could give zero stars I would. We opened an account and deposited almost $40,000. Later that week when the checks cleared, our account closed on its own because they were “not able to verify the account based on the information they were given when it was opened”. Terrible customer service. All they could tell me was “that’s how our bank operates” and they couldn’t tell me what mistake was made by the bank representative when our account was open.
