Haven't been here for a very long time. It is OK. I got help from a very nice lady, but she couldn't solve the problem as it is above here. Needed to call and it took me almost an hour to get the issue solved.
I received a letter from bank about funds owed to me . I called the number on letter and my info didn't match. I went to the branch on Park Ave 9 /18. I was treated awesome by Leychalee Moran office manager who explained the letter. I came back today, Albert Burgos Jr who was awesome . He contacted and helped make sure i got my funds owed. The entire experience had my anxiety calm. I felt seen and respected and not confused because everything was explained. I hope they all get raises bonuses flowers. Blessings thank you.
