This bank makes it very inconvenient to close accounts or change names on accounts after marriage. How do online banks do it when BofA makes all names account holders come in person? Additionally father just passed away and account is on hold, I make an appointment to go to Paramus branch and they tell me bank printing systems are down and they can do some of the work but I will have to come back in person. Is the year not 2026?? Again in person? Not good. Step it up Bank of America.
