1-Star Review because can't give 0 tars: Unacceptable Treatment at Bank of America – Westchester Ave Shameful customer service. I arrived at this branch at 4:00 PM—a full hour before their 5:00 PM closing time—to make a routine deposit. Instead of serving me, the staff blatantly refused, claiming it was "too close to closing." The teller was condescending and unprofessional, offering no solutions or basic courtesy. I went at around 10:30am 07/17/2025 to request a simple financial transaction and this lady at that time.on the teller was completely rude and digusting. That's not how you do customer service, she made me feel like I was incompetent of understand what she was saying. Highly would report that female aorker. It took me everything to not go off on her.
