Bank of America in Carpentersville has been nothing but frustrating for me. As a bartender, I need to deposit cash often, and they’ve removed drive-up teller windows and have very few ATMs available. The ATMs that are left are unreliable—I’ve had constant issues, and today was the final straw. I deposited cash and the ATM completely crashed, swallowing over 700 dollars.
