So far so good, I walked in asking if they can order $2 bills and $1 coins and they said they can so I opened an account. This was an extremely good first impression, should I need them for business banking in the future, they will now be the first bank that comes to mind.Â
Please don’t go to this branch not helpful at all I was stuck in a trafic and got late they said we can’t do anything.Â
I had some very complicated issues with my bisness account , but Banker Monica was very patient and took the time to sort things out , showed outstanding work knowledge and competencyÂ
Just do your banking somewhere else. People at the Streamwood branch are not competent. In addition to sending you promotions that they later find a loophole not no honor. And then they wonder why their customers don’t stay.Â
Wish I can give it 0 stars. Made an appointment and was late so they couldn’t take me. Tried again for another day, made the appointment on time and early actually. A banker was free but decided not to help me as someone else was assigned but was in an appointment. Waited 30 minutes ; 15 minutes past my appointment wait time but they still didn’t take me.
