Wasted my time I had an appointment and they never called me that it was cancelled . Making an excuse that maybe my phone number was “wrong “ bullshit. I use my phone number to log in to my account? Make it make sense .
I was waiting in line to make a cash deposit when an employee approached me and suggested I use the ATM outside instead. I asked what the cash deposit limit was for the ATM, and the employee responded, "You don't have that much money." I was shocked by how unprofessional and disrespectful that comment was. Regardless of the amount I intended to deposit, that is not an appropriate way to speak to a customer.
Don’t come to this bank at all! Their employees don’t know what they’re doing. They couldn’t even process my wire transfer properly. Don’t waste your time here—go somewhere else!
