I scheduled an appointment through my Bank of America branch to meet with a Merrill advisor. The day before the appointment, I even received a confirmation text message from Merrill, so I assumed everything was set. I arrived on time, only to be told by the BOA agent that the Merrill advisor wasn’t there. No explanation, no follow‑up, and no attempt to resolve the situation.
