I visited Bank of America to open my first payroll account. I had made an appointment online in advance and arrived at the scheduled date and time. I was warmly welcomed and received consultation from a senior banker named Salpie. She was extremely kind and professional. This experience left a strong impression on me, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to BOA.
Horribly slow. No acknowledgement. Makes you stay in a line for 30 mins just to “check in” to meet a banker then wait again for another 30 minutes to meet a banker. I think it might be easier to meet Elon Musk than a banker at BofA. Make sure you have atleast a few hours dedicated if you want to come in to the branch for simple banking needs. Thanks god that Chase bank exists
