Just tried to cash a check and 6 cars were parked in the drive-through and I sat there for 20 minutes they could put a sign if they're not gonna use the drive-through not to mention it's like the worst bank to use possible.
I was there to cash a check and because my license have my two last name and the check had only one last name they did not cash my check, she say it have to be the same as my license ok I show them my pilot license my bank card that have only one last name like the check they still say no, waoo, now I have to wait until tusday for the check to clear in my account THANKS BANK OF AMERICA
I work right behind the location so i thought i would get a pleasant experience. well went to the branch at 3:50 to get a new card, i asked the lady for a new card she looked around like she was worried and tired and confused and said i have to come back tomorrow.! i need a card and i really on public transportation to go home. worst people ever. the two females working on 10/17/2018 closing shift is horrible.
This BRANCH is a DISASTER..this clown mis ELIANA MURILLO HAS NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON. I have been dealing with her for 3 years im done.. Her great line is I CAN'T HELP YOU WITH THAT. She has no knowledge of how fix a small problem...like get you a new bank card...or answer simple questions..like i asked how do i go about getting DIRECT DEPOSIT YOU GUESS IT I CANT HELP YOU TODAY.
