Every staff in this bank is so kind and nice! I don't understand why/how some people got some bad experience with them.
I called the Kendall Square financial center branch in advance to make an appointment to perform a wire transfer into escrow. I had scraped together all liquid assets into my Bank of America account (as opposed to my other banks) and wanted to transfer the funds into escrow to close the deal on my forever home.
