It took over two years foe my girlfriend to get access to an account she was the Trustee. All the paperwork was filled but they kept insisting something was missing. We submitted the same paperwork over 5 different times. They would always eventually say that there was some paperwork missing or something wasn't filled out correctly. And we would have to start over. Or one department would say añl we had to do is fill this paperwork and others would say it was the wrong paperwork. I had gone to this Branch today. Was helped by Mr. Victor Roman. I had gone to the Bank for multiple transactions, were Victor gave an outstanding customer service!!!! He was very kind, helpful and an absolute proffessional. I will highly recommend this Branch if you want excellent service. Request for Victor.Â
