I had gone to this Branch today. Was helped by Mr. Victor Roman. I had gone to the Bank for multiple transactions, were Victor gave an outstanding customer service!!!! He was very kind, helpful and an absolute proffessional. I will highly recommend this Branch if you want excellent service. Request for Victor.
Juanita teller & Marisol Galvan assistant VP/Financial Center Manager wasted 45minutes of my morning because they weren’t familiar with the appearance of a FEDERALLY ISSUED & stamped with seal of the United States of America passport card & said it wasn’t “appropriate ID” despite that I pulled up online on BOAs website stating that a FEDERALLY ISSUED GOVERNMENT ID CARD or drivers license or state issued ID Card IR passport is acceptable as identification to identify me for transactions related to my account with BOA. Worst Bank of America branch ever! Our family business has been banking her for over 25 years , never in the history of ever have we been treated so poorly with the worst customer service, the new manager is awful, rude and lacks good customer service skills.
