I have been with this location for over 20 years. I finally started having to bank at another location. They are very busy. They only have one Teller working both the front desk area AND the drive thru. What is going on?!? I thought maybe it was just happening for a couple of days. NOOO! it has been going on for weeks. What happened to the customer service? Bank of America has none anymore and that is at travesty.
They never answer their phone calls. I wish to ask them questions and they don't pick up. They CHARGE MONEY for small reasons. They let OVER DRAFT FEES go through so they can swinswindle money out of their customers. They only have ONE ATM at this building. When it gets busy the LINES ARE SUPER LONG. Needs better customer service. Sends JUNK MAIL. OVERALL, a failing bank.
