Di Zhao opened up my business account for me while giving me swift, understanding and relatable conversation regarding my business and its needs. This was my second experience with him and I appreciated his willingness to be helpful while making me feel confident in him and Bank Of America through the process. He should be in charge of that bank because I’ve never know this location to feel so exceptional in my 20 years of experience with them. Truly grateful he is there.
The customer service team is awesome when I come in to cash a check from my employer. Fee of $8.00 is high to cash check but people are so friendly
