I’m not suggesting anyone go that banking location.
By far, this is the worst customer service location that we have ever visited. Young guy at front desk not so friendly maybe racist, first at all, they forgot my appointment and front desk young guy just told me I don't have appointment which I already made one and he told me I have to wait and it will be a while, while we were waiting there there were two ladies walk in obviously they are white and he spend long time to help them patiently and politely which is great but made us very uncomfortable why we got different treat... read more
I agree with the general sentiment about a lack of customer service. This location is particularly bad. As a business customer who’s used 4 locations in Kansas City, I would say this seems to be simply endemic to BoA as a whole. In general, they have things configured to be as difficult as possible. Once, I came to deposit cash here and they told me their system was down so I had to go somewhere else. I called their corporate support and they said that was untrue. Either way, to come in to a bank and be turned away is ludicr... read more
