This review is entirely for Joel, who doesn’t even normally work at this branch, but at the Shawnee location. THANKFULLY, he was working here on Saturday, May 23, 2026. After weeks and weeks of headaches involving PoA paperwork and the locked up online banking of an elderly friend, multiple bank appointments, phone calls, and roadblocks, Joel assisted me in a walk-in appointment. When I walked in I was automatically greeted and checked in by a gentleman. I Went In to open a new account for my business and Debbie was very informative and helpful during the process. She broke down everything I needed to know and got me in and out in a timely manner. Thank you Debbie!!
