Just an awful bank all around. Takes up to 5 days for paychecks to deposit. Most frustrating bank in the world.
It's Very inconvenience and very frustrating that the bank closes at 4 p.m. most of the week!!
Hours and bank procedures are handled at a company level and this branch is being belittled for it all. It takes time to process/notarize documents; its unaviodable. Sorry everybody. As a bank goes, the people working here are fantastic and extremly professional. Deposits are quick and easy in regards to what time of day you go. If you go in with sane expectations as to how a bank works, you will not be displeased with this branch.
Never answer the phone
Monica went above and beyond. Amazing experience. This is the best customer service I have ever had. Pouring down rain on my bike having a not so great day and turned my day around. Thank you so much for caring and being so thoughtful. They even helped me out with paper towels to dry my hands and helmet. So considerate. Top notch ladies. You brought sunshine to the rainy day!
