Fantastic Staff! Especially the staff that handles the teller transactions!
I rarely use this service, but once I walked in, the building seemed nicer than most banks I’d ever been in. The highlight of my visit was the absolutely sweet service by Ankita. She made the experience lovely, stepping up as a team player, and providing a sense of humor while doing it, which is rare in most bank scenarios. Went to withdrawal a small amount to buy a car. (Buying used and from private owner, paying cash) The teller asked me if I had considered getting a car loan thru the bank as if I had never considered that. I was there to make a withdrawal not to be advised financially. Times are tough and sometimes people need to make financial decisions that don't involve paying interest to the bank for multiple years.
