This BoA location is unfortunately just so low on service and just in general. I have a lot of patience, but this place has workers standing around and not helping customers. And this isn’t just from one instance, it’s probably over 5 times in the last year or so. They only ever have one person working at a time and the other lady is for investments and whatnot, the manager just stands around with his hands in his pockets, asking how people’s days are going… that’s literally all he does to help customers. I have been with Bank of America for the last 20 years. Always going to the College Blvd location. Nowadays, employees are behaving well. Before, I always told friends and family that employees are thinking they own this business. Because of that reason, one business account moved to US Bank, home loan moved to First Option Bank. Used to be great convenient location but with management change, worst customer service ever. Buffoonery. Can’t make easy decisions without checking with their superiors. I now boycott this location. Used to cash my checks, now they wait three days. And they know me personally and before for 17 years cashed plenty. Lousy group of people in there. Went to Shawnee mission branch, no problem. Went to Nall and SM Pkwy branch, no problem. Avoid this location.
It was nice working with Ankita . She was very helpful and I always come to this center to work with Ankita.
