Switching banks, despite the huge pain in the ass that is.
Manager here is combative and unhelpful, worst experience with a Bank of America I’ve ever had.
20 year B of A customer, was treated terribly by the guy claiming to be the manager, incredibly poor people skills and customer service from this guy. Clear to me why this branch is so badly rated, take your business elsewhere.
I love this location! The tellers/bankers are so helpful and get to you very quickly even without an appointment. Lily is my go to gal with any questions or needs I have and she’s very thorough and kind.
Everybody was so friendly and helpful! I was greeted as soon as I came in, and they efficiently completed my request. Sheila was my teller - what a gem!! Very funny and so nice.
