Very Good customer service in the Mary, Sunnyvale location. A special thank you to the office manager. She is very patient, nice and took care of the issue for us. Thank you very much.
Very professional. They pulled out my file in few minutes after they called me and had me seated to wait for a banker for my case to release a block on my credit card. Although the waiting time is a bit long because of fewer bankers on site, still a good experience.
They make you require appointment to see the banker than the whole month of Feb doesn’t have any appointment.
