This Bank of America branch on Mission does not open at 9:00am. Although the sign on the doors indicated hours from 9:00am - 5:00pm. Waited 10 minutes passed 9am and no one to open the doors. Such terrible service and timing. Trying to come early to the bank for a service and going back to work to make more money to put in the bank. But such services will only hinder the customer's satisfaction and might trigger to look for alternative options.

I just stepped into this branch and It was opened even before renovation was complete. Shabby… I walked in with a child and the staff did not attend me while serving many customers before them. I was upset waiting and I walked out….
