I had a great experience at this Financial Center and especially want to thank Tom and Flora for their exceptional help. When I first walked in, I was initially told by another banker that I wouldn’t be able to open an account that day. I was in a pretty urgent situation, but Tom immediately stepped up to help. Negative review for Flora specifically. I’ve seen her had argument with three customers in a row. Acting really bossy and said to customer “you are not going anywhere” because of a policy she did not understand correctly. I was there to open an account. As a result, I told my business elsewhere. Plenty of banks and plenty of BoA branches. She needs to know what she’s hired for. If she’s not obtaining customer or building positive branding of BoA, she should be fired.

This Bank of America branch on Mission does not open at 9:00am. Although the sign on the doors indicated hours from 9:00am - 5:00pm. Waited 10 minutes passed 9am and no one to open the doors. Such terrible service and timing. Trying to come early to the bank for a service and going back to work to make more money to put in the bank. But such services will only hinder the customer's satisfaction and might trigger to look for alternative options.
