I've been coming to this Bank of America branch office for almost 30 years now. From the early day mortgage loan specialist till today's financial advisor, the branch manager, assistant manager, senior banker and cashiers are all very knowledgeable and personable. The only reason I did not rate them a five-star is that sometimes you have to wait for quite a while at the cashiers' window.
Visited the branch today and a few times in the past to get Cashier’s check. From the front desk to the cashier, everyone was super friendly and helpful. They were checking with every customer individually to make sure they are getting the help they needed. Really appreciate the great service from the branch staff!
Worst experience ever at Bank of America. The banker didn’t even let me speak she just tried to force me to do what she wanted. I can’t accept such poor service from BofA.
I visited in walking hour in the warm springs branch 46786 mission blvd. Fremont There branch head "Kam " has stopped to help me one of the relationships manager. Kam has said come with appointment but one of the relationships manager ( Vivian) said i am available i am ok to help so branch head Kam has stopped her too to help and said give her some other time slot. Customer should run to the branch dont help walkin customer. Branch head Kam is very aggressive and rude with employees and customer.
