Customer service gets worse every week…I don’t understand how do yall get worse? Just close the location down at this point.
Very bad service avoid this place
Terrible service. Around 20 people were standing in line and there was only one teller at 2:30 p.m., long after any lunch break should be over. I don’t understand why customers have to wait an eternity just to be helped. I only needed two minutes to deposit money into my account, yet I ended up wasting so much time.
I was so lucky to be served by Roya and Debbie. Possibly the greatest in-bank experiences I’ve ever had. This is now my branch.
