I had an excellent experience at the bank. I was waiting for my safety deposit box, and the staff assisted me promptly. I would especially like to thank Mr. Darougar, a very dedicated senior bank employee. He was professional, helpful, and attentive, and he made sure my needs were taken care of quickly. His outstanding service truly reflects the bank’s commitment to its customers.
I went today apply for a credit card, but there was a system issue. Senior Banker Chris Ching was super helpful and handled everything smoothly. Really appreciate the great service!
All the members are the best especially Mr.Daroogar.
They don’t answer your phone calls no matter what time of day you call them.
