As others have mentioned, this is one of the worst Bank of America locations in terms of getting service. I scheduled a mortage consultation and when I arrived no one was available to help me at the we were scheduled. Had to get a manager and she said everyone was at lunch, this was 10 am on a Friday. I guess nobody wants to work on Friday.
