Made a cash deposit in the lobby with the teller. Received carbon copy deposit receipt. Next day - no record of deposit in my account. Call 800 #. They verify the same. Advise to call the location direct. Spoke to a gentleman to be told to come in to verify my deposit receipt. Only open 10-4 though, so have to take time off work today to go in and ask where my $ went. Major inconvenience. Will not use this branch ever again!
If I could give a Zero star i would. I had two accounts with BOF now I have none due to there por customer service and professionalism.
