It’s really stupid the bank will close at 4:00PM, but I come today to the bank at 3:45pm the door was closed. If you are closing at 3:45PM so please mentioned in your website. Don’t waste our time.
This bank is a joke. One teller for a Friday business is just plain dumb. No public bathrooms for patrons either when they're waiting forever in line. Heard this branch is closing soon thank goodness.
It's not the service from people, it's the not being open on Saturdays, closing at 4, not being open when they say they are, can't even turn in change with out rolling it first. ATMs being out. Just getting tired of it.
I arrived on Friday afternoon at 2:45 pm, hoping I would not have to wait too long to get a Cashiers Check. Upon entering, I was greeted by Christine, who said she would be able to help me. After giving her all the details for the check, she quickly processed it, and I was on my way. Thanks for the excellent customer service today!
