This bank is a joke. One teller for a Friday business is just plain dumb. No public bathrooms for patrons either when they're waiting forever in line. Heard this branch is closing soon thank goodness.
It's not the service from people, it's the not being open on Saturdays, closing at 4, not being open when they say they are, can't even turn in change with out rolling it first. ATMs being out. Just getting tired of it.
I arrived on Friday afternoon at 2:45 pm, hoping I would not have to wait too long to get a Cashiers Check. Upon entering, I was greeted by Christine, who said she would be able to help me. After giving her all the details for the check, she quickly processed it, and I was on my way. Thanks for the excellent customer service today!
The slowest Bank of America I have ever been to line full people forest theirs was only 1 teller than the second one comes out and the both work very slow would not recommend coming here no greets you when you come in the door and their no chairs so your standing in line until the done takes them about 15min per person I think they need to hire some new young teller who work faster.
