Plenty of parking and a drive through ATM
The business and branch managers are the worst male, egoetstical, jerks that were so unprofessional that I now bank at Wells Fargo. Don't use Incline BofA unless you want to put up unprofessional children.
This bank is the worst bank ever! Bank of America are CROOKS! They placed a deposit hold on my paycheck- that has NEVER bounced ever- and wouldn't release the funds. Then they proceeded to charge me NSF charges because they were holding my funds needed to cover items coming through my account!!! WHO CONDUCTS BUSINESS THIS WAY? Bank of America is the worst bank EVER!!

They showed consistancy...unpleasant and unfriendly banking experience on all visits!!. I won't be be a customer in the future. Wells Fargo in Incline on the other hand had a friendly and helpful staff.
