I was just here and tried to deposit $1500 into my account at the Walk-Up atm in the front of the bank. The machine counted the money and shot it back out $500 short. Yes, the machine took $500 and now I have to fight to get it back. This just happened to me December 6th 2025. I was so pissed and still am because it hasn’t been resolved
All those 5 star review must be because they ask the costumers for it, so i was here friday 7/11/2025 around 6:30pm and boy take a look of what this place is most of the weekends. Try to avoid fridays and Saturdays even some sundays. Because good Lord u ain’t gonna be on the mood specially if you hate wasting your time. I dont know why they dont put another ATM on the back of something. They have a lot of space in the back but i dont know man. This is probably the worst BOA i been through.
