Plenty of open spots for appointments onilne. No wait time whatsoever. Got help with Michael, he was super nice and efficient. The whole thing took just 10-15 minutes. I don't understand the bad ratings. I'll definitely come back here for any banking stuff.

A relative visited the branch to open new account and they didn’t entertain us because only 50 mins left for closing. Not a good impression for new customers.
