Short staffed, only one person can do business and they will let you wait for half an hour and tell their system doesn't work.
I used the atm outside the bank today, September 14. The employees should really make an effort to clean the screens. It looked very dirty
Plenty of open spots for appointments onilne. No wait time whatsoever. Got help with Michael, he was super nice and efficient. The whole thing took just 10-15 minutes. I don't understand the bad ratings. I'll definitely come back here for any banking stuff.
Do yourself a favor don't bank here worst bank.
