Worst customer service and Mark didn't even know how to notarize
The ATM at this location kept my card on some malfunction. I went through the drive-thru ATM at night to w/d cash in preparation for Hurricane Erma. The ATM was changed to a newer model which is difficult to reach from a low car like my Civic so I accidentally selected deposit instead of withdraw. It gave me back my card & asked if I'd like another transaction. I selected yes & pur my card back in. It took a while processing, then a message appeared stating it would be keeping my card.
