I’ve been with bank Of America when it was Summit Bank. If there’s such a thing is loving your Bank, I love my Bank. I recently had an issue with a company called Temu. They shared my information and unfortunately, my account was debited a lot of money. ATMs terrible
I had to cash a check at this branch. I gave them my license. The check was made out to cash. They said they couldn't do it. So I went to another Bank of America branch. no problem. It's difficult to understand customer service.for Michelle and Roxanne I feel they bring their negative personal lives to work. It definitely shows with their performance and customer service.
Although I am no longer banking with Bank of America due to a negative experience, I have to say this Branch has always been one my favorites when I was a customer. Every employee there is friendly and genuinely does care to help you.
