Even though I wasn’t able to cash a check, they were very attentive and helped me to deposit and withdraw money. The staff was very nice and I understand why people are unhappy due to the changes but at the end of the day it’s not the staffs fault. Thanks to Celi and Karen for helping me

While waiting, I overheard the manager, I believe her name was Sally, handling a difficult client interaction with so much professionalism, kindness, and composure.
