Horrible customer service at this location. The lady who works at this branch (Victoria Torres) is rude and should learn how to deal with elderly customers.
Do not come to this boa. There is only one teller and they take an eternity.
This branch is a joke. The last FOUR times I went in there they couldnt accomplish what I needed and suggested I go to a different BoA. Twice it was something the person there didnt know how to help with, once it was because the internal link on their own site wasnt working and couldnt be clicked on to finish what they were helping me with, and today when desiring a bank check I was told the printers on the entire network werent working.
