I have been a customer of Bank of America since its was Summit Bank and then Fleet Bank, and I regret to say that this was one of the worse experiences I have ever encountered. During my recent visit, I waited approximately 40 minutes to have a document notarized. While I was waiting, a staff member, Pauline, briefly came out of her office and asked if I needed assistance. Seriously, no more drive thru and only one teller window!? Horrible. Waited 30 minutes just to deposit a check that was rejected for a mobile deposit.
