I would give zero stars if possible. I deposited over $1,000 on Monday and it never went into my account. I called and they said they have no record of my deposit. Thankfully, I printed a receipt at the time of the transaction. I called and they told me the money would be in my account on Tuesday and there’s still no sign of it. Horrible hours, female employees dressed inappropriately, fees for everything, no money markets, 2 employees standing around talking while white a number of customers were waiting in line, branch closing, understaffed. Leaving BOA for fantastic Suncoast Credit union
Manager and workers very rude.They did not pay my condo taxes.Big problem they made it worst by how I was treated.I finally got my refund by reporting them to Corporate.
No Drive Thru. That was the strongest feature they had going for them.
Bad experience with the female lead management. I did not feel welcomed. If you look on the other reviews people have said the same. Will be foreclosing .
