Very Poor customer service, Very rude management.
Customer service????? No one answers the phone because they are toooo busy. Terrible.
I had an appointment with Osmany to open both checking and savings account, my case was a bit different because I had an account that was closed previously however, Osmany was a great problem solver and he was able to help me and answered all my questions and concerns, I left very happy with the customer service he provided me with, it almost felt like therapy.
