I've been with BOA for over 20 yrs and lately its been nothing but issues
After banking with Bank of America for over a decade, I finally closed all of my accounts due to ongoing frustration and poor service. I requested two years of printed statements to be mailed to me — twice in person at the branch and once through customer support — and they were never provided.
