I had an appointment with Osmany to open both checking and savings account, my case was a bit different because I had an account that was closed previously however, Osmany was a great problem solver and he was able to help me and answered all my questions and concerns, I left very happy with the customer service he provided me with, it almost felt like therapy. We have been customers of B of A for many years now and this has to be the most disappointing branch I have ever been to. The 2.1 star rating they currently have on Google is pathetic. There aren't enough tellers and the manager of this branch should be ashamed. Due to the shortage of tellers it typically takes me no less than 20 minutes (and that is on a good day) to get taken care of through the drive thru. We wanted to open a checking account, having just moved here. The first day, after waiting 20 minutes, we were told we needed an appointment. We made on for the next day. Our representative was very nice. He had a problem with his keyboard. We waited about 20 minutes while he fixed it. I have a freeze as security on our credit. He said I would need to remove the freeze. The bank’s internet is so bad, I was not able to even get on the site.
