Fui a este banco en mi hora de Lunch para aprovechar a cambiar mi cheque, le pedí a una mujer que trabaja en el banco un vaso de agua, Ella le pregunta a otra mujer y por último me dijo que lo sentia que no habia agua, yo le pedi agua porque me estaba sintiendo mal y necesitaba tomar agua, salí en mi carro y quise llegar rápido a mi trabajo que queda en 10 minutos a tomar agua. No se debe de negar un vaso de agua a nadien yo soy clienta del Banco America por Años.

Avoid the lady named asmaa or whatever her name is. She’s so un professional. She asked me numerous personal questions regarding why I wanted to remove my husbands name from my account which had nothing to do with her. She also asked me why I needed his name removed and what would I be using the statements for. Also she stated the fact that she didn’t see any issues with me account but still continuing to make the process difficult. She made an easy task seem impossible .
