The worst branch manager ever (Lisa) She just doesn’t know how to do her job.Â
Lisa was great very helpful and took care of my problem right away.Â
These worst branch! Rude teller! Tried cashing a payroll check, with photo id, SS card and account number with plenty of money to cover check and teller would not cash check. We were told we needed BOA atm card or credit card to cash check. They need to send a code to verify id, even though we had photo id. Teller was so bad!Â
Very slow and rude to this customer of over 15 years. Do better.Â
Pretty convenient 2 lane ATMs, plus a lobby ATM.....Â
