i waited in line for 30 MINUTES just to watch a kid bank teller flirt with a girl he is assisting! this same teller deposits my check WRONGLY & now I have to wait to access my funds! terrible branch & i would not go back ever again!!!!
The two ladies standing in the front provided terrible customer service. They acted like they didn’t want to be there and were unwilling to help. Instead of assisting me, they kept telling me to go to another location if that location could handle my request. I simply asked for copies of my previous checks to be printed. They told me to access them online, but my account had already been closed, making that impossible. Very frustrating experience.
Long lines. Long waits. Accounts complicated. Arooj was nice.
