The people at the North Plainfieild BoA are much friendlier and more personable than the people here, they are a delight to speak to. If you want robots going through the motions, people dressed in suits looking at you like the staff at Five Guys, this is the place for you.

Worse bank they should close it this location people here do not even want to work here. Went in deposit few checks. Wait over 20 mins no teller no people like its an empty branch. Lady pop in do the transaction took the check and then gave me a lum sum of deposit instead of all individual deposit. I said then will that show up separately on my online banking, she said no, I said why is that ? as I did not ask you to deposit all in 1 transaction , how would I know which check and amount in this lum sum and if your counting e... read more
