Came in to close a simple account. Called ahead of time to schedule a 10AM appointment, not just a walk in. It’s 10:45 and I’m writing this review. I was told at 10:15, the previous customer is taking longer than expected. Is there just one person taking care of customers and does the person taking customers not know how to manage their customer and respect the people who have actual appointments? First, I have no issue with the Bank, just the location. The ATM at the drive thru contactless never works and machine is slow with almost all transactions. The worst part is, it's next to a bus stop, the cops will pull you over because you cross the bus lane to enter the bank. SMH.
This has to be one of the most ridiculous branches I have been to. In what world does it make sense to have 1 teller window for a line of 10 people? The people here are not helpful whatsoever. Everyone is just sitting at their desks roaming the internet. lol pay me sit there and do the same! This place is a joke. Don’t bother wasting your time coming here. Find another useful bank!
