Came in to close a simple account. Called ahead of time to schedule a 10AM appointment, not just a walk in. It’s 10:45 and I’m writing this review. I was told at 10:15, the previous customer is taking longer than expected. Is there just one person taking care of customers and does the person taking customers not know how to manage their customer and respect the people who have actual appointments?
