Please don’t ever use their atm to make any deposits. If the atm eats the check, you absolutely will not be getting your money anytime soon.Seems this branch also has a history of this happening and yet they still try and get you to use their atm. It is a third party service that they have no control over supposedly. Horrible customer service not just from the bank itself but also the banking customer service support. UPDATED REVIEW AS OF 4/20/24 Well, I wish I could do no stars at all. This place has only gone downhill. Went multiple times and met with branch manager, Kyle. For months, BOFA has been unable and unwilling to make a rather small change to my accounts. Time after time, Kyle assured me that he would take care of it. Emails, phone calls, and in person visits, and still the bank continues to fail its customers. Kyle never had a solution and actual timeframe to solve the situation.
