I have banked with Bank of America for years, but this was my first truly bad experience at a branch. I came in to get a voided check so I could set up a recurring payment to my Secondary banking account. After explaining what I needed, the teller laughed and said, “What do you need help with?” — even though I had brought documents from my other bank outlining exactly what was required. Walk in 3 times, wait for more than 1 hour every time walk in. When you walk in to this office, they said they accept it without appointment and wait about 20 mins, then leave you alone about 1 hour. Worst Bank of America office!!!
