Walk in 3 times, wait for more than 1 hour every time walk in. When you walk in to this office, they said they accept it without appointment and wait about 20 mins, then leave you alone about 1 hour. Worst Bank of America office!!!
Bad Service, I even have a Buisness account with them and they still give customers the runaround. Definitely suggest go to different location.
