well intentioned (reasonably nice) staff who unfortunately do not provide all details and make you go back and forth. long wait times for the simplest businesses and transactions.
Don’t recommend Bank of America and particularly this branch. They have changed management and now it is completely bad service. Not helpful at all. Completely unprofessional. Know nothing and don’t provide appropriate service. I have private and business accounts there but is going to terminate all because of the service provided. Avoid Bank of America and this branch.
Came to this branch to add my wife to my account — the whole team was super helpful . A special shout-out to Joshua Cruz who went above and beyond to guide us through the entire process. He was patient, kind, and very thorough . Really appreciated his professionalism and friendly attitude . Keep up the great work!
I have banked with Bank of America for years, but this was my first truly bad experience at a branch. I came in to get a voided check so I could set up a recurring payment to my Secondary banking account. After explaining what I needed, the teller laughed and said, “What do you need help with?” — even though I had brought documents from my other bank outlining exactly what was required.
