Obviously they don’t care about the reviews, it is already 2.5 that’s awful! The worth management ever! The mange the lady at the front door, she has no idea what customer service is! I wish she had training before she got the position!
Got the poor service from the banker, including the bank manager. I have bank account with BOA for more than 30 years, but the customer service is bad at 921 E Arques Ave Sunnyvale location. I am going to close our bank account and move to different bank.

The overall rating of this branch truly reflects the experience—slow service and a waste of time! I’ve been a loyal Bank of America customer for 17 years, but my recent visit was frustrating. I needed quarter rolls and was willing to pay in cash. In the past, tellers simply exchanged quarters for bills, but the lady at the front acted as if that was never the case.
