If you are here to use the drive thru ATM or the atms In the lobby you are usually ok but if you need a teller then forget it, I have you have some spare time. There are always lines and I mean always. Their savings account interest rates are a joke but so are all the big banks. You have to go to a credit union to get a better rate. This branch is ok as long as you don't need to speak to anyone in person

BofA Corporate, why aren't you listening? The service at this branch is awful. I hope it's not because of the clientele, which is largely blue collar, elderly, African American, and Hispanic, several of whom are also immigrants. I hope you don't think that we don't deserve better. As the 2nd wealthiest bank in the world, BofA ought to be ashamed of this low-service, unprofessional branch. Drive thru ATM or internal ATM not working with 3 weeks. Why doesn’t Bank of America put enough Cash in its ATMs? Update 2 years later: Terrible Customer Service at this location also. I see from the reviews nothing has changed.
