Most unprofessional and obnoxious representative. Wouldn't answer my very simple question about what types of documents they notarize, then put me on hold for 5 minutes, picked up the phone just to immediately hung up on me. In person I've often gotten similar treatment. Avoid this location.
time to switch to another bank :( . the app barely works and customer service is IMPOSSIBLE to reach while the employees at the branches are not helpful at all. they are not rude but they smile and insist to call instead of helping in person, and you have to beg them for assistance, so that friendliness and a smile is irrelevant to me in this situation, i understand appointments are recommended and many ppl may be having the same issues maybe THATS WHY you should actively support any walk in customer ..i work in customer ser... read more

I would strongly suggest avoiding this Bank of America branch if possible. The bankers are rude and don't seem to know what they're doing. Frankly, as a 5+ year customer, it's shocking given that we've had good experiences outside of this branch. I scheduled an appointment to make a wire from my investment account, but the banker feigned ignorance and claimed I couldn't send a wire because I didn't have a checking account.
