I would strongly suggest avoiding this Bank of America branch if possible. The bankers are rude and don't seem to know what they're doing. Frankly, as a 5+ year customer, it's shocking given that we've had good experiences outside of this branch. I scheduled an appointment to make a wire from my investment account, but the banker feigned ignorance and claimed I couldn't send a wire because I didn't have a checking account. As I am soon returning to SE Asia for >month, and will be carrying several $100 bills. I went to an ATM to get the cash (I usually get fresh bills from my fantastic RAIZ FSL in my hometown of El PasoTX-USA) which, tragically is only dispensed in $20 bills.
