DO NOT come to this branch if you want to get something done efficiently. They are constantly running late and making up excuses to pacify customers. You will wait hours on the phone and hours more in person. They will force you to make an appointment weeks later for something (e.g. closing an account) that should take less than 5 minutes. Manager Sri is extremely inefficient and makes up random excuses like “the bank only keeps records dating back to 8 years” to not do the work it takes to figure out an issue. The manager who is a Chinese lady with dark glasses was very rude and unprofessional.
We came in and line up around 1:55pm and they called us up around 2:01pm and sent us out without helping us “because of their system closes at 2pm” Crap customer service
