Tenemos 3 meses intentando recuperar un dinero de la cuenta de mi papá que falleció y no nos resuelven nada. Mi mamá les llevó toda la documentos que solicitaron y nos dijeron que en un lapso de 10 a 15 días se los depositarían a su cuenta y hasta la fecha nada. No entiendo el porqué nos traen con tanta vuelta y largas y pretextos. Si ella es la esposa y ya les dimos los documentos q solicitaban. No se que más pruebas quieran.
Wasted our time making us wait 20 mins past our appointment and then refused to notarize our document because “they can choose not to” and it wasn’t a loan document from Bank of America. I’ve had several loan documents from other banks notarized with BoA with no issue over the last 25 years as a BoA customer. Called BoA and they apologized and said this was not their policy and the notary shouldn’t have refused just because it wasn’t from BoA. Don’t go here for your notary needs, they’ll just waste your time!
