Needs to be shut down. Wait times are ridiculous, and they are so understaffed. Normally only have 2 tellers and they don’t even use the drive thru anymore. Would expect much more from a bank with the highest fees and such a large Hispanic clientele. Have the shortest working hours as well closing at 4. Line is 3:40pm with 14 people and ONE teller. Come on BOA quit being so cheap, and NO I can’t use your mobile app so don’t even respond recommending that.
I had a great experience today with two very kind and professional women. Christian determined my needs and secured my place in line. She courteously updated me periodically until it was my turn. (This branch is usually very busy.) Fabiola, the Senior Banker, was well-prepared to handle my three-part transaction. This branch is great but in general bank of America always works well with me. They catch fraud fast and make the process painless and worry free!
The ATM had a ton of light I felt secure and comfortable to use the ATM at 8pm.
