This is by far the slowest bank I have ever used in my life. Always a 45 minute plus weight for the easiest of transactions, and never super busy. We will not be banking with this institution ever again, and for the sanity of anyone that does, I hope they decrease their weight times and increase the comfort of their furniture.
Needs to be shut down. Wait times are ridiculous, and they are so understaffed. Normally only have 2 tellers and they don’t even use the drive thru anymore. Would expect much more from a bank with the highest fees and such a large Hispanic clientele. Have the shortest working hours as well closing at 4. Line is 3:40pm with 14 people and ONE teller. Come on BOA quit being so cheap, and NO I can’t use your mobile app so don’t even respond recommending that.
I had a great experience today with two very kind and professional women. Christian determined my needs and secured my place in line. She courteously updated me periodically until it was my turn. (This branch is usually very busy.) Fabiola, the Senior Banker, was well-prepared to handle my three-part transaction.
