There is always a problem with the drive through ATM. Two separate times the ATM has eaten my money, the second time was even with an ATM they replaced the old broken one with. I had also seen that the ATM had eaten someone else’s money another time. This all happened with different ATMs they had been replacing the old broken ones with. In late December, I visited Bank of America to inquire about the process for inheriting my late father’s bank accounts. Despite providing a copy of his will, which clearly identifies me as both the executor and sole beneficiary of his estate and accounts, I was repeatedly given conflicting and unproductive guidance.
