Very unprofessional, racist and lazy employees. They don’t even want to help out. All they say is “ I don’t know “ or call customer service. Wow. They make BOA look bad! Horrible representation!! This facility should have closed years ago! Every time I go here it’s an unpleasant experience!

My experienxe was absoulutely disrrspectful. Rose and Ana were very unapologetic about how they treated me. An i felt very discriminated an judged. We all go through hard times and these two women made me feel singled out and sad. I will never cpme back to this location.
One of the customers service i have ever experienced. Been a customer for more then 10 years. Didnt know this is what u get by being a loyal customer.
