Don’t go to this bank. I deposited a huge amount of money and it took didn’t return it and said it didn’t deposit I went inside the bank and asked for help showed them. They said sometimes there machines get jammed. To call customer service to file a dispute claim. So now I have been waiting for a temporary credit for almost 2 weeks because of their inconvenience and had to file a dispute when they can’t just check their cameras and fix there machines !!
Dont BOA,not even once.
They dont even answer the phone. What' happened to customer service no one is responsible or has any integrity... and I'm over qualified and can't find work in customer service and sales Technology has ruined us. Silodumb Valley sucks .
