I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at this branch of America due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Ramon. I visited the branch because my credit card had been blocked, and I was told I needed to come in person with two IDs to verify recent transactions. I followed all instructions and came prepared — only to be told by Ramon that I would need to wait over an hour, and that they wouldn’t help me today because the bank would be closing soon. Me and my wife had a pleasant experience with this branch today. We were greeted by Linh Hoang, who was polite, knowledgable, and forthcoming. He solved all the problems liked to my wife's account (the reason we went there for). Much better experience than BoFA Steven's Creek Blvd (Cupertino) branch where the staff were not friendly and supportive starting with Mahta and her rude and insensitive behavior.
