A couple of days ago, I opened a business account at this location and had a really great experience. Linh and Tannaz were both very helpful and provided excellent customer service.
If I could, I wouldn't give it even one star. One of the worst banks I've ever been to. They waste your time. They make you wait up to an hour for someone to help you. If you arrive at 4, they don't want to help you. Anyone who opens an account there also has to work to manage an account, but they don't give the customer any importance. I recently visited this branch to open both a checking and savings account, having scheduled an appointment in advance. Upon arrival, we were attended to by Banker Oliver within 10 minutes of our appointment time. Oliver demonstrated patience, clearly explained the procedure and rewards associated with the accounts, and maintained a polite and professional demeanor throughout our interaction.
Updated review: I was there recently to get cashier check and start was friendly and efficient. There are 3 ATMs outside for customer and 1 drive they ATM which is very tight space.
