They only have 2 atm locations and sometimes they're down. For one of the biggest banks they are not customer friendly.
I don't even think this bank deserves one start. My step mom passed away and trying to get her estate closed out has been frustrating to say the least no one answers the phone or reply to any voice-mail. I don't live down the street, so that means I drive there and every time I go there someone else is in charge and it starts all over. I would recommend any other bank!!!

What a shit show of an operation!! My friend opened an account and clerk tells him he’s gonna have to wait 50 BUSINESS DAYS to receive his debit card
My account was compromised. $83.92 was taken out of my account from a Walmart transaction I didn't complete. It wasn't even from my current debit card number used for the transaction. I called and filed a fraud report with the bank. At first they were good and refunded me my money. About a week later the bank took the money back out. I call to see why and the person reported that it was reversed because the bank could not see the original transaction of 83.92.
